Family Therapy
Marriage and family therapy is a top priority at Behavior Medicine Associates in Honolulu, HI. As a licensed psychologist and marriage and family therapist, I believe that family relationships are an important factor in psychological health.
Family therapy sessions can teach family members helpful skills to get through stressful times and deepen family connections. It can improve troubled relationships with a spouse, child, or other family member. It is all in learning how to communicate and embrace behavior modification. As a licensed health psychologist, I can address issues such as the impact of substance abuse or mental illness on the entire family.
